Our Payment & Cancellation Policy
- Payment Policy
- A deposit of 50% of the total reservation value is required upon booking to confirm the reservation.
- Full payment has to be made in full 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Full payment is required for bookings under 30 days.
- Cancellation Policy
- The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
- There are no other charges for cancellations up to 30 days prior to the arrival date.
- For cancellations between 30-15 days prior to the arrival date, 70% of the total reservation value will be charged.
- For cancellations between 15 days and arrival date, or a no-show, the total amount of the reservation value will be charged.
